The way in which you approach a recruitment agency to register for employment can make a difference to your success in securing a contract. Here are some suggestions...

Easy steps to resister with Atech Group;

1. E-mail your resume to our office (in Word if possible) atechgroup@atechgroup.com.au to express your interest in registering.

2. The electronic copy of your resume will be registered on our database. We will call you if there is a suitable match between your qualifications and experience and a position that we are currently filling. You can then indicate if you wish to be included as a candidate for the position and we will guide you through interview and placement stages.


3. Ensure that your resume includes up-to-date contact details.


4. Your resume is one of many, make sure that it looks professional, tells an employer what you can do, gives some detail on relevant experience and includes referee contacts.


5. Value the range of your experiences - organisational capacity, people skills, office skills or field experience in a particular location may give you an edge at the right time.


6. Keep in touch with Atech Group. If nothing is on offer, call fortnightly and be brief but positive about your capabilities and recient experience. Update your resume as your situation changes.
